DemandScience Alternatives: 13 Options by Job

The right DemandScience alternative depends on which part of DemandScience you’re replacing. For content syndication and lead programs, compare NetLine, Informa TechTarget, Foundry, INFUSE, Madison Logic, Pipeline360, and LeadSpot. For the ABM platform side that came from Terminus, compare Demandbase and 6sense. For B2B contact data and enrichment, compare ZoomInfo, Apollo, Cognism, and Clay. This guide covers 13 DemandScience alternatives across those three jobs, with how each is sold and what each publishes about price.

DemandScience is a B2B demand generation company that sells lead generation, advertising, contact data, and ABM software under one brand. It grew from PureB2B, and in November 2024 it merged with Terminus, the account-based marketing platform. That breadth is why “alternative” means different things to different buyers. A team buying syndicated leads wants another lead vendor, and a team running Terminus ad campaigns wants another ABM platform. Teams using its data want another database, and teams using several products may want to split the bundle across vendors.

A note on where we stand: LeadSpot runs content syndication programs, so we compete with DemandScience’s lead business and appear once in the first group, unranked. We’ve also compared the two head to head in our DemandScience vs TechTarget vs NetLine vs LeadSpot comparison.

What DemandScience sells now

On November 12, 2024, Terminus merged into DemandScience, and the combined company kept the DemandScience name. Peter Cannone stayed on as CEO and Terminus CEO Rich Howarth became CTO. At the merger, DemandScience said it served 1,500 customers and Terminus more than 1,000. The combined company had 500+ employees in seven countries. Its site now lists a wide product range: Demand (lead generation and content syndication), Advertising, Data, Web personalization, Outreach, Events, Studio content creation, and an orchestration layer called Ionic. Its contact data still appears on review sites as Klarity by DemandScience. None of these products has a published price; everything is quoted. If you’re comparing it against another lead vendor, ask which products the quote bundles, because a lead program priced alongside data and advertising is hard to compare line by line.

DemandScience alternatives compared

The table groups each alternative by the DemandScience product it replaces. Most vendors in this category quote prices instead of publishing them. Where a price is published, it’s listed with the date we checked it on the vendor’s site.

Alternatives to DemandScience content syndication

DemandScience’s lead programs promote your content to its audience and deliver the people who download it, billed per lead. The alternatives below run the same model with different audiences, verification steps, pricing models, and contract structures, and the right one depends on two things: whether their audience matches your buyers, and what’s confirmed about each lead before you’re charged. Our content syndication pricing guide gives the typical cost per lead at each qualification tier, and the content syndication vendors list profiles a dozen networks, DemandScience included.

NetLine

NetLine sells leads through an open bidding marketplace: you choose the asset, budget, terms, and audience filters, then pay for the people who download it. You can run it yourself or with a managed team. It’s the most self-directed option here and a good fit for testing an asset before committing to a larger program.

Informa TechTarget

TechTarget sells content syndication to readers of its technology publications, plus a Highly Qualified Leads product and Priority Engine intent data. It’s the strongest audience match if you sell enterprise technology. It became Informa TechTarget after a December 2024 combination with Informa Tech; our TechTarget alternatives guide covers what changed.

Foundry

Foundry owns IT publications including CIO, CSO, InfoWorld, Computerworld, and Network World, and sells lead generation and intent data built on their readers. Like TechTarget, it suits technology sellers best. Pricing is quote-only.

INFUSE

INFUSE pairs content syndication with account-based targeting, buying-group programs, and full-funnel orchestration. It’s the closest like-for-like replacement for teams that use DemandScience for multi-touch programs aimed at several people at one account.

Madison Logic

Madison Logic combines syndication with display, LinkedIn, connected TV, and audio advertising inside one ABM platform, which makes it the alternative that most overlaps with the combined DemandScience and Terminus offer. Expect a platform fee plus media costs.

Pipeline360

Pipeline360 runs advertising, syndication, nurture, and ABM as one managed program under a single contract. It’s a fit if you’d rather hand over the whole motion than manage a lead vendor, an ad platform, a data provider, and an ABM tool separately.

LeadSpot

LeadSpot delivers verified HQLs instead of standard MQLs. Leads opt in to your content and we call leads to confirm role, company, timing, and interest; the qualifying answers you set arrive with each record. Verified leads convert to SQL/SAL at up to 30 to 40%, and content syndication leads convert to opportunity at 6 to 9%, with campaigns like UKG’s reaching 12% (see the UKG case study). Pricing is per lead, quoted by program. We don’t sell data or ABM software, so if you need the whole DemandScience bundle replaced, we cover the lead side only.

Alternatives to the Terminus ABM platform

Terminus customers now buy their ABM platform from DemandScience. If you’re reviewing that renewal, the two most common alternatives are full ABM platforms that combine intent data with account-based advertising. Both are quote-only and sold on annual contracts, so plan the evaluation around your renewal date, and ask each vendor how they’d migrate your existing account lists and ad audiences. Madison Logic, listed above, is a third route if you want ABM advertising bundled with content syndication.

Demandbase

Demandbase sells an ABM platform that pairs intent data with account-based advertising. Pricing is a platform fee plus components, quoted per customer.

6sense

6sense combines intent, predictive account scoring, and buying-stage estimates with campaign orchestration. It’s quote-only, and it discontinued its free plan on August 12, 2026. Our guide to B2B intent data explains when these platforms pay off and when they don’t.

Alternatives to DemandScience data

DemandScience’s data products are used to build target lists and enrich records. Contact data vendors compete on accuracy in your regions and roles, so the best test is the same for all four below: send each one a sample of accounts you know well and compare what comes back. Two of them publish prices and have free plans, which makes that test cheap. Our intent data providers comparison covers how each one handles intent, and our lead qualification tools guide covers enrichment as part of scoring.

ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is the largest contact and company database in this group, with intent signals and enrichment sold alongside it. Pricing is quote-based.

Apollo

Apollo combines a contact database with enrichment, email sequencing, a dialer, and basic scoring. There’s a free plan, and Basic is $49 per seat a month billed annually. Accuracy varies by region and role, so test a sample first.

Cognism

Cognism sells contact data with phone-verified mobile numbers and bundles Bombora’s co-op intent. It’s strongest for teams calling into Europe as well as North America. Pricing is quote-only.

Clay

Clay runs waterfall enrichment across many data providers from a spreadsheet-style workspace, so you can combine sources instead of committing to one database. The free plan includes 100 data credits a month, and Launch starts at $167 a month.

How to choose a DemandScience alternative

Start with the DemandScience product you’d remove, then compare on audience fit and on what you need confirmed before you pay.

If you need Look at Why
Syndicated leads with control over spend NetLine Set your own budget and terms
An enterprise technology audience Informa TechTarget or Foundry Both own IT publications
Leads sales will accept, verified before delivery LeadSpot Phone-verified HQLs with your qualifying answers
Multi-touch programs aimed at buying groups INFUSE Syndication built around several people per account
Syndication and ABM ads from one platform Madison Logic Closest match to the combined DemandScience and Terminus offer
One managed contract for the whole program Pipeline360 Ads, syndication, and nurture run together
A replacement for Terminus at renewal Demandbase or 6sense Full ABM platforms with intent and account ads
Contact data you can test cheaply Apollo or Clay Free plans and published prices
Contact data at enterprise scale ZoomInfo or Cognism Large databases with bundled intent

Whatever you pick, compare vendors on cost per opportunity instead of cost per lead, and get the lead acceptance terms in writing. Our pay per lead buyer’s guide lists the contract terms to ask for. If you’d like to see how a verified HQL program would compare with your DemandScience results, book a call and bring your current cost per opportunity.
